南瓜豆沙煎餅
南瓜豆沙餅~
金瓜种類很多,我最愛的算是Japanese pumpkin,
今天就拿來煎几个餅當下午茶~
可做9个
材料~
250g南瓜泥
130g糯米粉
30g+/-普通面粉
適量紅豆沙
做法~
1~把蒸熟的南瓜剩熱用叉子压成泥.
2~接著再把糯米粉分次的混入溫溫的金瓜泥,最後才把面粉揉入,輕輕的揉至一个不黏手的軟面糰.
3~分割成9份,把小面糰揉圓,再用手做个小窩,把沙豆包入,封口捏緊.稍微壓扁.
4~放少許油把餅放入煎至有些焦焦,再翻面把另一邊煎几分鐘就好了.
